NEED TO KNOW: Paying your balance

NOTE: FULL Tuition is due on Monday, May 12. If you have already paid your balance, you will have no other fees due.
If you are unable to pay in full by this date, please contact us immediately at stewardship@churchinhollywood.com or call 323-464-8455. We are happy to make other arrangements with you. If we do not hear from you and do not receive your payment, we may give your spot to someone on the waiting list.

OTHER THAN CLOTHES:

Bedding for each person (twin mattresses). This could be pillows, fitted sheets and blankets or sleeping bags (NOTE: the overnight low will be 44° )

Optional Babysitting: Parents will be able to pay for babysitting during non-main session hours at select times. Reservations can be made at the retreat with payment due to ECCLESIA.

CLOTHES:

Hiking/Tennis Shoes

Swimsuit (NOTE CAMP POLICY: Ladies must wear a one-piece)

Basic clothing for 3 days (projected HIGH:68° / LOW at night:44°)

No smoking in camp. Smoking permitted in designate parking lot ONLY

No pets

Sound curfew from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

NEED TO KNOW: Emergencies

There is NO cell service, NO internet at the retreat

Ecclesia will have 2 RN's and full emergency care available

While at the retreat, you must contact an Ecclesian staffer in case of emergency. You may not contact the camp staff directly.

NEED TO KNOW: Carpooling

VERY IMPORTANT PARKING NOTE:
There is very limited parking at the campsite. We will be directing cars to park "stacked", so access to your vehicle will be limited to emergencies during the retreat.

CARPOOLING:
To alleviate the parking crunch, we have encouraged those in Home Groups to carpool together and have organized a carpooling location. Please contact your Home Group leader to help in this wa.
To take advantage of the ride-sharing location, plan to arrive at 8am on Saturday, May 24. A leader will be there to coordinate.
